Return and Refund Policy

At GUSHKA, each piece is created with careful attention to craftsmanship, quality, and detail. We accept returns for eligible ready-to-wear and in-stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided that all return conditions outlined below are fully met.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, garment bags, and accessories
  • Have all security seals and return bands fully intact
  • Be free from perfume scents, makeup stains, deodorant marks, alterations, damage, or any signs of wear

For hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons, items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned back to the customer.

Please note that products with removed, damaged, or altered security seals/bands are strictly non-returnable.

Bespoke & Personalized Orders

Due to the exclusive and customized nature of our bespoke services, personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom size orders produced according to the customer’s measurements
  • Personalized or customized designs
  • Modified styles requested by the customer
  • Special color requests or fabric modifications
  • Newly developed custom garments created specifically upon request
  • Couture, made-to-measure, or bespoke pieces

We strongly encourage clients to carefully review all measurements, product details, and order information before confirming bespoke purchases.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer care team at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if requested by our team

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we kindly ask you to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as GUSHKA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Bespoke and made-to-measure products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Final sale products
  • Items with removed or damaged security seals
  • Used, worn, altered, washed, or cleaned items
