By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional policies referenced herein or available on our website.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
We strive to display product colors, textures, embellishments, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings and handcrafted production methods, slight variations may occur.
Due to the handcrafted and limited-production nature of our collections, slight variations in embellishments, embroidery placement, beadwork, fabric texture, or finishing details may occur and shall not be considered defects.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Certain products may be produced in limited quantities or exclusively made-to-order.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
In the event of pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inventory issues, we may cancel or modify an order and notify the customer accordingly.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our Site.
SECTION 5 – BESPOKE, MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PIECES
GUSHKA specializes in limited-production, couture-inspired, bespoke, and handcrafted garments.
Products categorized as:
- Bespoke
- Made-to-order
- Made-to-measure
- Personalized
- Customized
- Special request
- Client-modified
are individually produced upon request and may involve custom sizing, custom embellishments, fabric sourcing, hand embroidery, or design modifications.
Because of the personalized nature of these products, bespoke and personalized pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Custom size orders made according to customer measurements
- Personalized or modified designs
- Special color or fabric requests
- Custom embellishment or embroidery requests
- Newly developed custom garments
- Couture and made-to-measure pieces
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review measurements, order details, and customization requests before confirming their purchase.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible ready-to-wear and in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Include original tags and packaging
- Have security seals fully intact
- Be free from perfume scents, makeup stains, alterations, or damage
Products with removed or damaged security seals are strictly non-returnable.
Used, altered, washed, or worn products are not eligible for return.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
SECTION 7 – EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For customers residing within the European Union, applicable consumer protection regulations may provide a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible ready-to-wear and in-stock items.
However, customized, bespoke, made-to-order, personalized, or made-to-measure products are exempt from the EU withdrawal right in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags attached
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Certain services or links on our website may direct you to third-party providers or external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
Any comments, feedback, reviews, suggestions, or submissions provided to GUSHKA may be used by us without restriction.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove unlawful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
