At GUSHKA, each piece is carefully prepared with attention to craftsmanship, detail, and quality.

Ready-to-wear and in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

For bespoke, made-to-order, personalized, or customized pieces, production timelines may vary depending on the design complexity, hand embroidery, fabric sourcing, and customization requests. Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be communicated during the ordering process where applicable.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options depending on the destination and availability, including:

  • Express Shipping
  • International Delivery Services

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Please note that expedited or overnight shipping options may not be available for bespoke or made-to-order pieces.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and courier service selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and customs procedures in the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or delays beyond our control.

GUSHKA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery updates.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided and ensuring that delivery details are accurate.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping and contact information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

GUSHKA is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
